Three-desk autobattles
You do not steer the fight directly. You promote, demote, bench, and arrange three employees across Upper, Middle, and Entry desks.
Autobattler. Hostile org chart.
Hire difficult employees, seat them in the correct wrong place, and let three-desk office combat resolve what HR calls a workplace culture opportunity.
Downer Management is a 3-vs-3 autobattler set inside a corporate purgatory where every conflict becomes paperwork. Employees fight automatically by exchanging memos, audits, cold calls, clipboard blows, and deeply unnecessary motions.
The part you control is uglier: who sits where, who waits on the bench, which department gets unlocked next, and how much damage your dignity can absorb before the quarterly review.
You do not steer the fight directly. You promote, demote, bench, and arrange three employees across Upper, Middle, and Entry desks.
HR heals, IT disrupts, Legal buries enemies in paper, and Marketing makes everything worse on purpose. Your bench is a second battlefield.

Employees arrive with stats, roles, traits, portraits, histories, and just enough personality to make replacement administratively complicated.
Recruit, train, decorate, file reviews, tune your department theme, and investigate side modes that should have required a meeting first.
Singleplayer, no microtransactions, no live-service hooks. Parking Lot is planned as a free post-launch DLC filing.
